Flood updates in force across Scotland

    An updated FLOOD ALERT has been issued for Dumfries and Galloway. Rivers in the west of the region, notably the River Cree, are rising due to heavier, more intense rainfall than expected on Sunday. The rivers are expected to peak during Sunday evening and gradually fall thereafter. SEPA have received reports that paths adjacent to the River Cree have flooded in Challoch.
